Chick-fil-A Longmont is just absolutely disgusting. Going downhill very quickly. Take extra time to look at every bite of your salad. This is what I found in mine. I was given a refund but that doesn’t even come close to making this right. I was almost done when I saw it. Who knows how many I may have missed before noticing this one. Half the time you can’t get sauce. And the other half you can’t get utensils. Salad dressing constantly not being put in the bag. This locations needs a total rehab on training and customer service. If you complain to the owner he only justifies his lack of coaching to his employees. He is quick to put blame back on the customer and our lack of knowledge using the app. I guess I will make the drive to Loveland or HWY 7 if I want Chick-fil-A.

Their chicken sandwiches never disappoint, with their chick fill A sauce 💯🔥 Highly recommend this restaurant if you have never try it before. This location is always full but the wait is worth it💯💯💯

What's the point in ordering ahead so it will be ready when I arrive when I still have to wait 10+ minutes after my arrival for my food to actually be ready?!? Placed my order 10 minutes before getting there, hoping to pick up and then head out since I was in rush, and wound up waiting an additional 12 minutes after I had already arrived before my food was finally ready.

We choose Chik-fil-a for our catering of a holiday party. They really dropped the ball. Half our order didn’t get put into bags… this is after we waited 20 minutes past the pick up time. We thought they are always great- well not anymore! It made me really sad as we spent $700+ on this order to just not be cared for like that.They did deliver the rest of the food but it was well over 25 minutes after they called saying they forgot and would bring it. Kinda ruined the set up of the food. Missing half the order. All we got was cookies for this incident. Wish they would have done better :(

Disappointed in both the service and the quality of food. Placed an online order for carry out. Waited longer than estimated and when the app said it was ready, we had to wait an addition 7 min. By the time we got our food, the fries felt soft and soggy, there was no fork for the salad and the drinks they provided were incorrect. Would not recommend this location in the future.
