One exciting place to visit... they offer foods and sauces not available at all CFAs. Had the Hot Brown and my wife had a breakfast skillet. I wish we had this store near home. Raychell was a doll and gave great service. Totally pleasurable experience. Sit down, order, and if it's your first time let them know.
Yet another example of a restaurant that has lowered their standards because of their location. As far as service time, it was on the slower side, but not a horribly long wait(I would assume because the second location in town was closed). The staff was friendly but nowhere close to being on a level that you would expect from a Chick-fil-A. When it comes to the food, that is where I had the biggest problem. While it was hot, it didn't seem fresh. The bun had a consistency like it had been toasted inside and out, but visually, it didn't look like it had. The chicken was really dark in color and had a taste like the oil it was cooked in was old and burnt.
This Chick-fil-A has been struggling for years, and they continue to do so. Yes, I know a $100 to go order seems like a lot, but you should be able to look at the ticket and make sure that everything is in the bag. Instead, they had me go through the entire bag and tell them everything that was missing, which was pretty much the entire ticket. And then I had to bag everything up myself. Definitely missing that “extra mile” service at this location..
Um... slow?? Counter service not on their game and stressed. I was like a ghost. Seems like a circus 🎪 here. Interesting the owner operator doesn't respond to negative reviews, only positive. Taylor Street is looking better next time.

This is the great classic Chick-fil-A but add on a sit in diner. Amazing.
