Easy location if at the Mall or need delivery in the area. Always fresh. The staff is efficient with nice manners ... rare these days post pandemic. People enjoy being around people who are happy and go out of their way and you get that at this Chick-fil-A!

Manager took order and showed no initiative of offering sauces or even attempt to upsell items. When food came into the window the manager hovered over the food but did not bother bagging it or calling for my name. Instead it sat there while the manager FaceTimed on their phone. Had to personally approach counter for food. Not the chick fil a five star that any guest is to expect. Update: went back after a month and the food is worse in quality than what it was before and staff service continues to regress. None of the staff was wearing name tags, the cashier stared into space while taking the order and didn’t offer any sauce. The food upon serving was very salty (see fry photo), burnt and overly dry. The pickles tasted as if they were dehydrated and the chicken sandwich lacked any crunch. I won’t be back here. It’s just too disappointing.

If you’re hungry and want hot food, don’t go here. You gotta try pretty hard to be this bad. Over the years this Chick Fil A was great with the first owner Robert and great with Jacob but, this new lady is just sad. How does she even own this place T__T Food takes forever, the employees are all practically new and a few weeks later they’re gone. I remember Gerry and Eric used to run this so smooth but ever since they left, this new owner has destroyed the business. The new managers are on their phones constantly and they have attitude like they’re constantly miserable. Get a new owner and bring the old employees back!! Like for real, how do you mess up making fries so much? I’ve been a long time regular and they don’t get it right anymore! They refuse to call your name and just leave your food on the counter. This IS NOT up to Chick Fil A standards that’s for sure. Walking my sweet little *** to Panda and away from this “business.”

They should hire new people for this location, we opted for not to go back or purchase anything from this point… terrible service NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL they are so so rude every day with a bad attitude , I said every day bcuz we work close by so on lunch hour we go to this food court- management is so unhelpful and staff seems they have not training … pls chick fil A hire new people this point is getting worse and worse Women in the photo is so rude and deny extra sauces or something extra

Forget about going to this place.My visit to Chick-fil-A was disappointing. The wait for a sandwich was 12 minutes, the shake machine was out of order, there was no line management, and the ordering process felt disorganized. Additionally, the staff seemed impolite and rude. I hope these issues can be addressed for a better customer experience.
