Chick-fil-A

I must admit. Chick-fil-A has the most amazing employees. I love the food of course. But the Atmosphere, the Service are both Top Tier in my opinion. You don’t mind spending your hard earned cash here. The Restaurant was Super Clean. Everything just flows here. It was my first time at this restaurant. I don’t live in the area and wouldn’t mind driving here. The manager came out and looked the place over, to make sure everything was in it’s proper place. It wasn’t so busy when I arrived. I pay attention to everything. Floors and Tables were cleaned. Condiments well stocked. My go to for fast 💨 food. I didn’t have to wait long to be served. Chick-fil-A you guy’s need to offer classes to other restaurants because you guys ROCK!!!!

Overall been good here and been one of my best local chic-fil-a’s but there’s one rude employee. The girl that looks masculine is not very friendly and looks bothered by everyone that asks her anything. Never says you’re welcome and barely acknowledges people.

Do NOT go here. Waited more than 20 minutes for a mobile order that never came out. When the manager finally got involved, she had the wrong order remade. When she realized her mistake, with her back to me, she literally told one of the employees to try to explain to me why it was taking longer. She obvious didn't care about the level of customer service or customer experience. Do not come here if you are in a rush or out doing your shopping.. // original review: Crazy busy ever time I have been there. Food is good and service is friendly.

It's always good at Chick-fil-A.

A FEW VERY LAZY customer-facing employees were there when we visited. Why does it take over 10 minutes to get an order out when we’re ordering the most commonly preferred item: breaded chicken sandwich and fries?? Some of their employees seemed to be working really hard while others seemed to be hardly working!! The inside was SUPER NOISY on a Friday night. I understand they’re busy, but it sounded like passing period between classes at a huge school. The food was fine and the fries were really hot, which a pet peeve of mine. While I was waiting to speak to an employee to ask about our order, I was mentally preparing myself for having to request new fries if the employees’ actions had caused the fries to get cold. But luckily, part of our wait to get fresh fries. That was great because I would much rather wait for hot fries than be given lukewarm or cold fries. Super noisy
