The best Chik-Fil-A. Our family had just came in when a league of team walked in. Though it was packed they functioned very fast and efficiently. I had to wipe down my own table which was a bit odd but understood. For the amount of people who were on the floor working that shift...I only seen 1 guy hustling to get all the tables done and wiped. Maybe management should be more in balanced of employees like they are with the guests. But overall food is always great. Oh and by the way.. the walls need some attention 😉 Update- I been here twice through Drive thru and they have missed a sandwich every time . please check your bags before leaving off ..they been lacking on consistency and lack of "pleasure"to the customers .

Most wonderful experience at the Chick-fil-A off Wadsworth boulevard in Lakewood Colorado. I highly recommended Greek park nearby you can stop and eat breakfast at and enjoy the beautiful view birds and day and go about your way and be fantastic. Be awesome y'all we only got One Life to live be grateful be gracious be ever loving.. chick fil a sauce highly recommended

I actually come to this particular store a lot as it’s right down the street from my office and it’s a convenient place to pick up breakfast. As of lately though, the service has really taken a nose dive. There is a noticeable decrease in the friendliness and level of customer service. Even to the point of half of the front counter being closed off by a strange and odd looking false wall that reduces the ordering area and the front parking spaces now only for call ahead orders. But, the staff is also not as friendly and nearly every time they get my order wrong. The level of cleanliness has also gone down. Before the second someone left a table there was someone cleaning it. Now you see 4 or more tables going I cleaned with 8 people behind the counter, some just standing there talking. When a company sets the industry standards then they themselves slip into a different than customer service focus… it’s noticed and not particularly good from a customer standpoint. Again it’s probably due to the over all change in focus from the ownership more focused on delivery and catering customers. That shift causes the face to face interaction to also become less customer focused, and we are feeling it at this store in particular.

The person who took my order must’ve been in a leadership position because she was wearing a black shirt. Her name was Judith. She was not pleasant to deal with, and was even rude when taking my order. She did not greet me or smile and interrupted me mid sentence to tell another employee to take over for someone else so they could take their break. Couldn’t have waited another 60 seconds? I then watched her be very curt with other guests, and not smile or even respond when people would thank her. I normally wouldn’t even post a review, but the fact that she was in a leadership role made this exchange worse. Normally I have a very good experience at this location. All the other employees I’ve dealt with have been very kind and the service has been fast and the food was good. But today, this employee was not putting on a good face for a company that’s renowned for its customer service. Hopefully it was just a bad day for her. But it’s disappointing to see people in a leadership position behave like that when I’m sure other wonderful employees would be grateful for that position.

Extemely busy night. Very friendly & helpful staff. The Mgr that night was very happy to work with me on the purchase of a catering size fruit cup. Everyone was polite & doing their jobs.
