Chick-fil-A

This specific chick fil a location consistently gets something wrong with my order. It's the closest one to me so I keep giving it a chance but I'm not exaggerating when I say that every time I've been there they either miss an item or they give me the wrong item. And when we do go back because they messed something up they are unfortunately not very nice about it. There was one occasion where they gave us the order with the name "SATAN" , I don't know if that was some kind of weird joke or they genuinely misheard our name but it just adds to the things that they keep messing up on (btw they forgot our sauce on that order as well).

Some lady here is super rude to the customers. Came here at 9:39 to eat real quick. Lady runs up super frantically and tells me and my girlfriend that the dining room is closed. I tell her thank you and she just stares at us. Normally chick fil a has better service. Sounds like this lady has been rude and working here for a while One star!

We've stopped here multiple times to eat for lunch and have yet to be dissapointed. The team is always friendly and very kind to everyone. Lets not mention the flowers! Such a simple yet beautiful touch to make the environment more home-y and friendly. UPDATE: We've been coming here for a couple of years now and man, you cannot go wrong with this location. Bass is hands down one of the best customer service reps you guys have! Love his energy and his upbeat attitude. Can I give a 6.5 out of 5 stars to that fine gentleman? The best!

i have had food forgotten a few times at this location, I finally called and let them know of the issue. They told me they would have someone call me back and make it right after i gave them all my information and info they need for the order. After 3 days i didnt get any call or email from the store. I emailed their customer support and was offered a "reward". I told them i dont use the rewards and wanted a refund for the $7 sammy but was ignored again. I will not be going back to this location again.

I love chickfila, i have worked at chickfila as upper management for years. when i tell you this store is not up to par it is not. I ordered a cobb salad via the mobile app, and it did not give me the option to remove the corn as i have an allergy. I called immediately after placing my order and asked them if it was possible to remove the corn (which i know is easy in just creating a fresh cobb base) they told me absolutely and it was no problem. when i got my food i realized before eating my salad there was corn in it. no worries, i called and spoke to a female manager asking if it was possible to swap them out for a fresh salad. She told me of course as long as i brought the old one in. So i brought in the salad, and was told by a different lead that i had to pay for a whole new salad and they couldn’t do anything about it. When asked who i spoke to on the phone i expressed it was a female but i was unaware of her name, i got an eye roll back. Normally this wouldn’t be an issue for me but tight on funds and was treating myself to some CFA. The manager i was met with was short, and had a underlying rude attitude. I was told the only way to get another salad was to buy it. I understand policies and procedures, but at this point i would have preferred a DOC or just a swapped salad. I was told to go through door dash for a refund even tho i placed my order through the app and there is no option to attach that door dash to me since it was through the CFA mobile app and not my personal door dash account. so now im out the cost of two salads and left rather unpleasant after feeling brushed off and ignored.
