I always use the app to order. When I signed up I read if you use the app to order, that store will give you a reward the week after. Not this location! They can’t even give you one reward. If you use the app, forget this location! They don’t care about their customers! I won’t be going here anymore…I’ll go to the one over by Park Meadows. They will give you an award every single time you use the app! Edit: Response to store: Yes I know you get points but I’m not talking about that, I’m talking about free rewards for using the app, not the rewards that you add up and get an award. I guess some stores do it, others don’t. Maybe if you left an email I could reach out to you and give you my name!

I frequent this Chick-fil-A regularly. I always do curbside, and for a while there my order was missing items about 80% of the time. As such, checking my bag(s) before I would leave the parking lot became a ritual. Eventually, the order would be correct about 80% of the time. However, on this last trip, I did not check the bag until I got home and to my surprise, I was missing THREE sandwiches.?.? I headed back to the store right away to get them, but when I got back home and was passing out the food, I realized I was missing nuggets as well. Oi!!

Drive through window was very rude! Ordered a large meal and go a medium fry. I told the guy at the window that I got a medium fry and he shrug his shoulders and hands almost like he didn’t care. He kept saying “would you like to keep that?” Whenever I reinstated that i got a medium fry he said “you want another large fry” I said no this is not a large fry then the guy who was in the grey shirt got mad and said “omg just give her a large fry” they both acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about. Not very welcoming or friendly! “ my pleasure” went straight out the window!!!

Excellent courteous service, fairly quick. But they didn't include any utensils for the scramble bowls we got. Not sure how we were expected to eat them. Edit: appreciate the quick reply on the same day. Hopefully this helps improve your service!

Enormously quick. Literally seconds and everything I have ordered was there. I love my burrito meal breakfast. Coffee was docent as well. Will step by again for sure.
