I didn't have a great experience here. I went into the restaurant for an order that I placed for pick up. I was in a hurry to leave so I did not check my order to see if everything was there. When I got to the car, I realized that I was missing my order of chicken tenders. I did not want to go back in but I needed my chicken tenders. When I said i was missing my tenders, the man behind the counter checked my bag, I told him they weren't there. He then walked over to the people who were handling the food and talked to them for a little while. While I was waiting there, they were discussing how they gave me the tenders. Then a lady came over looking at me, looked into my bag and I told her, they were not there. Then the man who I originally told my problem to came back over and looked in my bag again! He then said, that they put them in the bottom of my bag. I felt like they didn't believe me, like they thought I was lying. I told them I did not get them, again. I spend over $30 on food. I'm not going to just say I didn't get chicken tenders when I did. This was a very uncomfortable situation, I hope they can look back at their cameras and see that they did not give them to me originally. I did not get an apology or anything. Although they did give me my chicken, I walked away feeling like they thought I was lying. Not a nice feeling. I did not enjoy my meal.
I was so disappointed with the service , I went through the drive thru and ordered a couple meals I was in a rush so when I got home I realized some food was missing . I called and I was questioned as if I was lying . When I went back to the restaurant for my food that I paid for I wasn’t even offered a complimentary drink for the inconvenience. Very unprofessional and rude. Idk what the process is exactly but if I’m calling to say I’m missing food I’m not lying to get free food , do better
The best fast food chain anywhere in the country. First they have the best customer service anywhere, that is the biggest difference for me. The food is amazing, I love the Market Salad with Warm Grilled Chicken. I love the online curbside pickup I use it every time now.
Update: Their breakfast is delicious as well. They do a great job with providing sauces that you ask for when ordering via mobile. Very surprised how good their Strawberry Jam was with the Bagel sandwiches.
Food is a hit and miss at breakfast, two meals, and $20 dollars. The spicy chicken breakfast hardly contains any chicken this has happened x3 times. Lunch is always on point though
