The Madison location on Hwy 72 is my favorite in North Alabama. The staff seem to want to work there, although they are always busy, my order is accurate and I love the reward program. On top of the every day rewards/points you earn when eating there, they always seem to have other programs or ways to give back with free food items. I have attend the free bingo with Mr Steve at the old location, which I really enjoyed, but haven't had the time since the relocation. They are very active on their Facebook page and seem to be invested in the local area. I truly recommend this location but the food is also very good.
The cut backs are really showing in the quality of your food. I stopped coming here for over a month and decided to try it again and I got this as an 8 count nugget meal. Ridiculous to spend my money to get this. If my picture doesn't show up, visualize 6 little pieces of crust-like objects that take up only half of the box.
I have a major craving for the macaroni especially when it’s made the way I prefer it. I hate that the special instructions option has gone away because I’ve had to return really bad macaroni but this is top tier !!! And how it should always be lol
Today was the WORSE EXPEIENCE I'VE EVER HAD AT ANY Chick fil A!!!! I was already rushing (which is why I used the app instead of sitting in the line). I visit this restaurant at least 3 times a week. This morning they were having troubles with their app and this was apparent because AS SOON as I walked in with my phone in my hand, the man at the counter asked "Hey is our app giving you problems?" I explained to him that I had placed my order and my account was charged but my order did not come through to the restaurant. I showed him where the money was taken out of my account and he proceeded to tell me that I would have to re-order, AND re-pay if I wanted breakfast. This is ridicilous!!!! I eat there all the time and I feel that there was more that could be done!!!! This is the account that I use only for breaksfast and since there was not enough money in my account to get what I had orderd, my son and I had to walk away WITH NO BREAKFAST!!!!!!! This has happend once in the past, and the manager was kind enough to go ahead and give us our breaksfast. Thank God he did, because the money that was taken out, because of THEIR faulty app, WAS NEVER RETURNED TO MY ACCOUNT!!!!!!!! Chick Fil A makes millions daily I'm sure, and I can't believe he acted as if they were going to go bankrupt if gave us our breakfast..since I'm probably not going to get my money back, just as I didn't in the past!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Clift Farm location has definitely improved since adding the mobile drive thru option. Staff are always friendly and quick to fix any issues with our orders. Still one of the longer waits for carryout, but understandable given the sheer volume of customers.
