Chick-fil-A

Food was hard as a rock upon receiving it. Instantly knew something was off. Opened it up and sure enough. Burnt on both sides. Who ever put this food in the bag had to have felt that it was hard. Go back for a refund and get a partial. Because that 1.29 for the has brown (that were room temperature) wouldn’t brought this location to its knees…

1st time I have ever gotten a “cold” sandwich from Chickfila. It was cold to touch on the bun. So I asked for a 2nd one and it came out the same way. ??? 3 sandwich was better! Took several minutes to get it corrected

This chick-fil-a is always on point! The drive-thru is quick and they never mess up my order. It's so clean inside too. A great place for a family meal.

It was okay and could have been better. The service was good but the food took longer than usual, which normally I wouldn't mind but I would expect the food to be hot when it was done. It seems like part of the order was hot and part of it was warm. Next time if I'm waiting for food, please deliver all the food fresh and not mixed.

At this Chick fil A restaurant on West Sunset Avenue in Springdale Arkansas is not as good as it could be. The inside and outside of the restaurant is great, very nice and clean inside and out. But I did have an issue with the staff on a fruit cup I ordered and because I am allergic to apples, I asked three separate times if they could take out the apples and replace them with more tangerines to make up the difference and I was told by a manager that they couldn't replace it with any other kind of fruit, yet the charge would be the same in which I thought that wasn't a good thing whatsoever, so they charged me the regular price of $3.99 for this medium fruit that consisted of 5 tangerines and 5 half slices of strawberries. So I continued to ask the manager why the Chick FIL A in Rogers and Bentonville Arkansas was different and they always put a large amount of fruit in their bowls and she replied this to me, " there are different owners to each Chick FIL A, and the owner to her restaurant said NO replacement on fruit.
