Despite the drive through line wrapping around the parking lot twice, the service was incredibly fast and well orchestrated. I thought for sure I would be in line for at least 10-15 minutes, but I had my food and was on my way in bout 5-7 minutes. The food was amazing as usual, fresh and tasty. This busy restaurant is outstanding, the only complaint I would have is that some of the employees outside look worn out and tired. Some had very slight attitude, but I don't blame them since they deal with 45 cars an hour and non stop work OUTSIDE
Absolutely terrible service. This kid is sitting here joking and playing around while I have been waiting close to 20 minutes for my order. Lobby was empty. There was only three cars in drive threw. I placed my order via app. I have silver status. I eat at chick FIL a a lot. This is among my worst experience at a chik FIL a.
Also, after placing my order the food is so unfresh. Chicken was not even hot. I bring it back and the lady tells me that it was just dropped. I eat at chick FIL a enough to know when it's fresh and good quality versus something just thrown together.
Nobody says "my pleasure" or anything. This is a terrible experience.
Beware, they reuse sauces. You'd think for a well off company like chick fil a they wouldn't do something so low like this. Absolutely disgusting. I don't care how well they're "sanitized", it doesn't stop people from tampering with what is supposed to be a single use product.
TOTAL LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE
We rushed over to get breakfast. Arrived with almost 10 minutes to spare. Walked in to find a completely different set up for ordering. A single file line with just one person taking orders. The front of the line had two customers arguing with the cashier. We continued to wait. We waited 10 minutes and never moved forward in line. Out came the manager telling the cashier no more breakfast orders. Not even for those of us standing in their ridiculously inefficient line. I understand the need to cut things off so they can switch over to lunch/dinner, yet there were ways this could have been avoided. They could have opened a second cashier or come out with a few minutes to spare and cut breakfast orders off from there.
Customer service was completely absent which is amazing because I’ve always had excellent customer service at all other chick fil a restaurants.
Sorely disappointed.
