Called to have rugs cleaned mentioned dog odor which is dog sweat. We just replaced our rugs and invested well in our home. The man was combative and did not know our circumstance. I would not choose this company if you have pets. I loved Chem Dry when i was in NC but here they are unprofessional. Combative not customer first. They could of spoke the truth
Great job cleaning the carpet! Our carpet had some significant stains and they went the extra effort to get the stains out. Carpet looks new now. Dry time was quick too. Only about 3 hours. Would definitely recommend them.
