Chem-Dry of Johnson & Jackson Counties

Technician was not helpful. We paid for an upholstery cleaning with the pet urine removal treatment. Now our couch just smells like pet urine plus chemicals. Did not help the problem at all.

John was excellent! Quick, professional service, and wonderfully clean carpets when he finished. All of my spills and pet stains were removed with minimal dry time and no residual odor. I’d recommend anyone trust this company and John with your carpet cleaning needs.

Chem Dry has always done a good job on our carpet. We have 2 dogs, and they have been able to get stains out of the carpet, and they have not reappeared for the most part. Usually employees are pretty friendly, and help answer questions. Last time, less so, but still did efficient job. Price is a little high compared to some, but quality is better.

Best carpet cleaning experience yet! Came out fast and knocked it out fast. Very good communication as well! Their technology was amazing too. Carpets looked great and were dry within a few hours, and we didn't have to worry about walking on them right away. Thanks Gil and Chris!!

I chose Chem-Dry because of their method of removing urine odor from the carpet. They clean down through the pad. They did an excellent job, very polite and professional. I would have given 5 stars but they failed to get to my house within the time frame given and then it was too late to do the job. The tech was late arriving for the second appointment. However, he did a great thorough job.
