Jacques did a fabulous job at cleaning and spraying our carpets after recent freeze damage that impacted our office. His response to take action and results were incredible at saving our carpets and allowing us to get back in the office as quickly and safely as possible to serve our clients in need. They had my rug for 2 weeks and when I picked it up I'm pretty positive they just threw some powder/cleaning stuff on it and didn't even vacuum it! I will not use them again for anything.
