The Chem Dry cleaners, Roman and Brian, arrived right on time and explained what the price range would be based on the condition of the carpet. There were two really awful stains and I told them I didn't expect a miracle, just do your best. They finished in the estimated time and succeeded in removing ALL the stains. Highly recommended!
