I thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance and customer service at this restaurant. However, I was slightly disappointed with the burger I ordered, as it seemed to taste more like a frozen patty rather than fresh meat. Additionally, I was taken aback when they didn't have any house red wine available, which was quite a letdown. On a brighter note, the staff was extremely amicable and accommodating. This place would be a lovely choice for happy hours or corporate events. However, if you're a burger enthusiast, you might want to explore other options.

Only giving 1 star because that is the lowest ranking allowed. Store hours are listed as open until 10:30 PM (per Google maps. This was also acknowledged by staff) on the night that we attempted to eat there (December 19, 2023). Attempted to order at 9:13 PM, and were told that they were no longer taking orders. When we asked about the discrepancy between the listed hours of operation and the position of the wait staff, the response was “we are closing early tonight.”

I ordered a cheese and bacon burger. It came with free fries. Definitely it’s not the best burger I have in my life but it’s still pretty good. I came at 8:30 so it was not crowded. The staffs were also friendly. They had English menu and it really helped a lot for me.

This place is always crowded so reservations are a good idea. In terms of burgers, the Sailor Jerry is the best one in this place. I've tried several of them and the Sailor Jerry is much better by far. On beverages there's a super refreshing maracuyá soda. Recommended 100%

Got the recommend Sailor Burger and I give this baby a 4.3 overall. Bun was good and medium well burger was moist I’m the mouth.
