Chef Burger C.C. Viva Envigado

The food is just regular, the burger was kinda cold and the cheese wouldn't melt. They allow refill on the sodas but I went with my wife and kid and we ordered just one because I'm not drinking those and the waitress made a point of only allowing one refill per person assuming we were trying to rip off the stablishment. I used to like the place and left good tip but I'm not coming back.

It wasn't planned to eat there but one of the 2 friends I was with suggested it. I got their Crispy Chicken sandwich with Papas Rústicas (deep fried wedged potatoes with the skins on) & Limonada Natural. Crispy? Definitely (although a thin portion which was a surprise)! My friends got versions of their burgers which looked delicious also.

Ximena was a wonderful person, so nice and attentive. I wish Medellin have more people like her as she really knows how to treat people. Go Ximena!!!

FAIL! Personally for me, a good burger also means that the bun holds up to the job. The Classic burger was a complete fail. The bun fell apart on the first bite. The burger itself was good, however the onions were cold (pickled perhaps, not very tasty) and thus rapidly cooled the meat as well. The rustic potatoes were ok, but should have been cooked longer so that would be crispy. I've had better street burgers for half the price.

Food took over 30 minutes and was cold. Also one of the orders had a piece of plastic. Really??? After waiting a while and such as bad quality???
