Chatham Collision really did an EXCEPTIONAL job of walking of walking us through the aftermath of the May7, 2023 hails storms! We felt pretty underwhelmed with our insurance claim experience, but Chatham Collision assured us everything would be ok. They handled the supplemental claim issue and our car is good as new. Nearly two years ago, Chatham Collision did a minor touch-up repair for me and—despite my numerous offers of payment—refused to charge me for it (I had the touch-up paint). Their only request was that I give them a try if I had any future auto body service needs. So, when one of our vehicles was damaged in a recent hail storm, I gave them a call.
