I had the pleasure of meeting the owner online....since then, I've had a tour of his gym and let me tell you this place is legit!!! I was not taking care of myself and just doing whatever I wished until my doctor said things weren't good with my labs...I reached out and this wonderful man did not hesitate to give me dietary advice to help my situation I will post again when the next series of labs come back with my results...I have no issue saying that I look foward to sharing my results with positive feedback... if your in the area check this place out!!!

Teddy is the owner really good guy... This gym is clean with state of the art equipment! Staff is always available happy and gracious to help..he has the square footage of a corporate gym with the attitude of a daily business! I have been through some tough times and teddy has made time for me on a personal level.. This gym goes above and beyond I am so happy I found this place has changed my life!!!

I've been to numerous gyms across the country, and this one is the most well-equipped I've trained in. I've been able to visit this location a few times over the past year or so, and have been impressed with the variety of equipment. Whether you're a beginner just getting started or an advanced lifter, you're going to find exactly what you need here. You're going to find some of the rarest equipment here that you'll ever see. A few things really impressed me: - The owner is clearly committed to continuing to acquire the best equipment. My first visit to the location was over a year ago, and when I went back this weekend, I noticed many new pieces that weren't there before. - Lowkey environment. I like to get my training done early in the morning, and the location was great to be able to do get in, get my workout done, and then get out. If you're in the area, I highly recommend this spot. I had the option of training just about anywhere in town, and I specifically chose to get all of my workouts done here.
