Cerritos Beach Inn

Customer service at this hotel is nonexistent. When when I arrived, there was no one in the office to help me . I finally asked the man behind the bar and restaurant,is attached to the hotel, to help me. The manager leaves at 4 o’clock in the afternoon so there’s no one to help with anything. I’m met the mansion the next day who is also very rude. No one pays attention to you until you ask. No hello, let me know if you need anything,etc. Both the manager and the waiter seemed overworked and probably under paid. I had paid for five days. When I needed to leave for health reasons early. The manager had to call the owner of the hotel in order to give me a refund which did not include taxes that I paid . Since I paid by credit card, she said they could not refund the taxes. The hot tub doesn’t work. The location is fantastic. If you don’t need anything and want to stay in the place that is very reasonable This would work. Although I didn’t eat in the restaurant food I looked at was surprisingly beautiful and I was told the food delicious.

Our family of 10 enjoyed a delicious dinner at the Sunset Restaurant... during sunset. Perfect setting. Great service. Food options for everyone in our group.

I absolutely love this place! The sunsets are incredible, the hotel rooms are big, the bathroom and shower are huge. The hosts are super friendly and very helpful with everything with a "my house is your house" type attitude. The food is incredible, we had the orange chicken and tortilla soup, wow. As a walk in, we got a big room overlooking the ocean at what I think was an absolutely incredible price. I highly recommend it.

This review is for the beachfront restaurant. The view is unbeatable. Watch whales migrate by from your table with your feet in the sand. The servers are always friendly and helpful, don't be afraid to grab their attention if you need something - that's the way it often works down here. The food and drinks are great - actually really surprising from a hotel restaurant. I have no complaints about this place except I wish it was closer to my home! 😉

We stopped in for a bite to eat and some drinks. This place is incredible and I'd love to stay here sometime! It has a pool when you enter with lush gardens and an outside bar and grill and there is a jacuzzi on the back overlooking the beach. It's a beautiful place! I ordered the wet Burrito with chicken, my husband had the shrimp and chips and both were delicious!
