Very disappointed in the way that the process went on a rental I applied for. Dealt with Betsey and I spent $30 to apply for an apartment that was already being processed for someone else. I had a 5:30 showing after being told my application was approved and was called at 5:00 to be told that the apartment was given to someone else. Very poorly handled by Betsy. And I did not receive a refund for my $30. I would not have given this even one star but there was nothing less than one to give.

Agent that worked with us was very good, but the owner of this reality was not very helpful and very rude at time.
