We can not agree more with the pushy, moody, lack of ability to negotiate for buyer and a constant reminder that they are irritated that they're working. I have had better experiences at used car lots. At least they are excited to make a sale. We are so grateful we terminated our offer. Coached out of or financial comfort level for market speed. We probably would have been foreclosed on with in 6 months. Yep, disgruntled mother of two trying to make ends meet here in Colorado. Do not do business here with owner or brokers.

We originally met Kyle while looking for our first home 17 years ago! We hit the jackpot. 17 years later he has done over 7 different buys and sells for us and our families. 4 years ago he sold our house in 24 hours above listing price. We bought a house at the same time under listing price. I have never come across a better way to list homes. Through the marketing they do, professional pictures, flyers, social media, 3d walkthroughs. Last month we decided we were going to move out of state. This was right at the peak of the Covid 19 pandemic . I called Kyle not knowing how this would go he was amazing. Health and safety came first explaining to us all of the precautions they were taking and what rules have changed we had mulitiple offers with only showing our house for 4 hours! We sold over list price again! Shellee is a pro and with her ability to understand, explain, and negotiate contracts. She knows her stuff! We are sad to be leaving this wonderful team but so thankful for the years they have helped us navigate our realesteate world. Thank you so much Kyle and Shellee.

I posted a review on Yelp recently, but thought I should include it on Google as well, so- We first worked with Kyle and Shellee 9 years ago, after my husband and I had finally dropped a non-performing real estate agency with which we listed our home. After nearly a year of virtually no showings and lack of contact, we were pretty soured on the whole real estate business, and the housing market was right in the midst of the subprime mortgage crash. Despite this, we decided to take another chance and listed with Signature Realty. It took 9 months and nearly 80 showings, but we finally sold our house for a reasonable price. Kyle and Shellee were troopers throughout, and really helped us navigate a depressed and difficult market. When we decided to purcase a few years later, the market was in a complete turnaround. Houses were beginning to come under contract within weeks of listing. Kyle showed us multiple properties over the course of a couple of months, worked through negotiations on 3 different properties before we made an offer on our dream home, and saved the deal at the last minute when we were informed by the insurance company that the rates were misquoted and would now be prohibitively high- the day before closing. When it came time for us to sell that home, you can guess we went with Kyle and Shellee again. We had two offers the day the house was listed and received more than our asking price. Kyle and Shellee really do go above and beyond for their clients, and I would recommend their services to anyone.

After trying another realtor or two, Signature Realty stepped up to the plate and got over a 100 showings then found somebody (first time buyers) that loved my house and all my improvements and hard work. They got it sold relatively fast for a decent price, which was $70k more!! than a competition realtor said I should sell it for. Signature made good suggestions to make it show better,, then proved the other realtor wrong! Thanks, Signature!! You are GREAAAAAT!
