What more could I ask for? Carla at Century 21 sold my house in less than 24 hours from being listed, and the buyers offered more than the asking price! She is professional and sharp, yet she welcomes with a warm personality. Would recommend and would be a repeat customer.

A big disappointment. Half owner Jolene's husband holds a seat on the Springfield City Council. He motioned and pushed for several property owners to "clean" up their properties in our town. The interesting thing is a bunch of them are right by or very near properties Jolene is selling. Hey Corporate Century 21.... is this a conflict of interest? Steve wants Jolene to sell all these properties in Springfield SD, so he is using his power to do so. I guess if I was Century 21 I would be wishing he could do that in all the towns you have properties for sale. Not only that but Green also pushes for Springfield's lawn ordinances to be enforced yet all these vacant lots Jolene is selling here DO NOT need to adhere to this. Go and check out the pictures they have online (while they still have them up) you will see they actually bail them for hay. Its crazy everyone gets threatened by Steve Green to make sure your lawns are compliant yet his wifes listed properties are immune to this and are protected. Corporate Century 21 look it up.

Worked with Realtor Jolene for several months while we looked for our first home. She was always very patient and gave lots of great advice. Very easy to work with and made it a very exciting experience.
