Century 21 Prestige recently took over as the property management company for the house we are renting. I recently had to put in a maintenance request. The gentleman they connected me with was professional, communicative, and reliable. He contacted me for confirmation of our appointment, when he was here, etc. He was very professional and asked where we wanted installation. He was great and I would welcome him back anytime.

I was going to help a friend find a place to rent, and the staff were very helpful in providing a list of rentals, the office was very neat when we walked in, and even over the phone they were professional & helpful.

Century 21, has some bad properties for rent. They are owned by Slumloards, n all they care about is rent, I don't recommend this company for rentals. I got taken advantage of. After 10 years at same address, n over the years, I put in repair orders, n owner neglected to fix, all they did was threaten eviction, if rent wasn't made. The roof was rotten, had gaping holes, roof leaked, mold grew, infestation of Nats, flies, roaches, ants, possums, raccoons, mice, I finally had to leave, my health was affected. So here is your warning

Staff are wonderful! Best yet in my opinion when it comes to fairness between tenant and landlord.
