Hands down, Traci Christian is the most reliable, hardworking realtor a home buyer could possibly ask for! Traci helped my husband and me buy the house of our dreams, scheduling a showing less than half an hour after it went on the market and racing back to her office afterward (well after business hours) to write up an offer. Then when the sale of our existing home hit an unexpected snag, she diligently and persistently followed up with the buyer's agent until the transaction closed. Traci makes you her first priority and does not quit until the job is done. If you're looking for someone who not only knows every aspect of the home-buying process but is loyal and professional, Traci Christian's the best person for the job.

Terrible communication throughout being under contract with Fabiola's seller. Led us on to believe all safety concerns were going to be addressed on their end before closing and never submitted paperwork on time confirming fixes. Come to find out a WEEK before closing that they were only fixing minimal issues for our VA loan and a $1k credit towards all of the Electrical issues that needed $6k or more work. Totally unprofessional and our realtor had to go out of his way and speak with the broker of your firm to get things done and have solid answers. Would not recommend dealing with "century 21 northwest realty mt"
