We just sold our first home (how bittersweet!), and Melissa Laraway was a huge help as our realtor. I am not sure who made this brilliant decision on ad placement, but your million dollar listing, plastered on top of the image of two homeless toddlers, featured in an article about Traverse City’s homelessness, speaks volumes! I am disheartened and a little sick to my stomach to see this.

We tried to sell FSBO but quickly realized we did not have the time and resources needed to accomplish a sale. We called Meagan Luce at Century 21 and within a week we had professional photos and property was listed. It sold the next day!
