Century 21 J. Carter & Company

I moved from FL to MS and was recommended from a family friend to use Mary Phillips. Within one year I have bought and sold 7 houses from her. She is extremely knowledgeable of the area. I swear she knows every street/neighborhood in the area. I only had to explain once what I'm looking for as far as any real-estate. I like my questions answered quickly so I can move on and she does that. Very professional and well known in the realtor establishment.

I was on the fence about renting an apartment or buying a house and I actually had made plans to rent an apartment but then this absolutely amazing house fell into my lap thanks to Mary and this is actually my first time buying a house and she made it incredibly simple for me and it turns out not actually that bad of a process and she answered every question I had at all hours of the day (and night). She’s an amazing realtor and would recommend her and Century 21 J. Carter and Company. 10/10 would recommend to a friend!

I contacted realtor that had a property listed with this company . Asked her specific questions about hurricane damages and was told “No damage to the house just a little water under the house .” Found out from the inspector and disclosure thst the house that was on piers also had 7 feet of water IN the house ! Also the house was NOT a HOUSE but a double wide !!!! BEWARE of a certain female realtor with this company only interested in making a sale
