Patrick Czech by far exceeded our expectations! We found him and the Curran & Oberski team because they had listings in our neighborhood. When we called the office they were very friendly and professional from the first day on. It was very important for us to have a trustworthy and reliable agent with realistic expectations. Patrick Czech went far beyond of what we could expect from an agent. We are so glad we picked him and we would 100 % recommend him to our friends. He even helped us moving and storing our personal belongings. Overall it couldn't have been a smoother process. He always answered/returned our calls and kept all deadlines and promises. Patrick is a true professional with lots of experience in Detroit. For our needs, he was definitely the best realtor we could find in Detroit! Thank you Patrick!

I recently wanted to purchase a home. When I called the office, I asked to be put into contact with the listing agent and unbeknownst to me, I was put in contact with someone else from the same office. For over a week, I tried to see the home and instead of the agent making that happen, she sat around waiting to hear back from her own coworker (I later realized) and never secured the house viewing. After a week of not seeing the home, I finally asked if there was someone else to talk to and she gave the listing agents information. Well, little too late, the home was pending the day I got in contact with him. Neither agent was taking responsibility for the communication errors nor would help me speak with someone to file a complaint. I'm not directly mad at either agent (though I feel the first agent was incompetent). I am upset that the office personnel apparently doesn't know the difference between a listing agent and a general agent when a customer asks for a specific type. Their error led to my loss of putting an offer down. Want a competent team? Seek elsewhere.

I'm very disappointed I called an agent for a home listed in Garden city 2 weeks ago never received a call back so I called the office explained the issue last week left a detailed message no call back. I call back today to speak to someone and of course no one is available I don't see how people homes are being sold or rented out if you can never get a hold of a return phone call from an agent or manager.

If you plan on calling them you better call 3 weeks ahead. They don’t answer and if they do they’re never any help. Replace your receptionist
