Absolutely awful made me wait all the way until the last month of my lease to get a working microwave. I never got my carpet fixed in a year, it took 8 months to get the gutters fixed, plus countless other things. I’ve been out of the house 3 months and I still haven’t received my deposit back also threatened to evict me in 11th month of my lease when I had never missed a payment. It was over a late payment when they obviously had no respect for my time as they made me wait months on end for every single thing i ever asked for. I’d recommend staying in a weekly hotel until you find something else you will regret coming here even after you move out i still can’t get my money back.

I have Referred many of my clients to C21 property management after they have had to relocate for work or move for family reasons in a relatively quick manner. I have received nothing but positive comments for the way their rentals are handled and that potential renters are properly screened before occupancy.
