When it was time to sell the home I grew up in Kendall Park I wanted a local realtor who knew my market and my housing development. I interviewed several but selected Rich and his team based on current market conditions. From my initial meeting he outlined a plan and explained how longer open houses make more sense in addition to his strategy for a quicker sale. He hosted the weekend and was onsite to show my home. His entire team was always available by phone, email or text. His office team did an amazing job to understand and honor my requests from listing to showing and all the many details after the offers came in. My house sold after the first and only open house and went for over asking. Special thanks also to Jenna Borelli who was wonderful to work with and so very professional. Rich Abrams and team did a good job showing our house online. Took excellent photos and created a very helpful 3D tour of the home. Also advertised it well on YouTube and online. They are very cooperative and answered all of our questions.
