Today, Barbara called me upset, apologizing for the bad information they gave me and to compensate, she offered me a facial treatment. I am very grateful that she called me. not because of what they gave me, but because they don't care about losing a client who usually has this type of treatment and, of course, I will continue doing them, thank you Barbara for your attention and kindness! I don't give it 5 stars because of the receptionist with the weird bangs, I think she's the boss, maybe her name was Barbara? She tried to scam me by charging me 1000 euros without informing me about the promotions, then it went down to 500, and days later I had to complain because there was another even better offer and I ended up paying 400.600 euros too much because the very clever one tried to sneak me in, she saw that I was going I'm an ignorant newbie and I almost missed it.
The next few times I have gone I have seen her speak in a very bad manner to other clients, cutting them off and telling them "will you shut up, will you let me talk?" She tells me that and I tell her that I dress her as an Indian.
The rest of the girls are very nice and kind and very pleasant and super professional, that's why I keep going and hiring new promotions. But without talking to the one with the weird bangs, I don't want her to cheat on me.
