I had an appointment in mid-September that they decided to cancel the day before due to lack of staff. Impossible to schedule another appointment on that same call because the hours have been reduced from Monday to Friday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., which makes it impossible for me to go or much more complicated.
It takes 1 week for someone to answer my phone calls (7) or WhatsApps (3) so I can enjoy the sessions that I have already paid for and try to fit it in with my schedule. I haven't gotten ANY response.
I'm sorry but it is not the customer service I expect from a beauty center for which we all pay a fortune.
Company that only wants to sell bonds even knowing that the center is going down, firing the entire veteran staff that was very good and replacing them with new girls without experience and incompetent. If you want professionalism, I recommend that you don't go there. Terrible treatment and even more so from the responsible and new manager, arrogant and very arrogant.
Good reviews written by them without any credibility since the comments are posted from Madrid.
They only have to lie to be able to raise the center.
They don't even attend to you. They don't pick up the phone and they don't answer you on WhatsApp. I gave my son a bonus and they totally ignore it. A fraud!
They continue with job rotation, there is no way for anyone to remain stable in this place.
If you want the same person to do your laser sessions, you'll be fine.
Get used to seeing new people and having laser powers change because you don't have experience.
I do not recommend it as there are more alternatives.
A shame because the center is cool, but the management is terrible.
I put one star because I can't put any. They constantly change personnel, and to make matters worse, the oldest ones who did their job perfectly are not there either. The results are in sight... Not a serious company whose objectives are only to sell and do not value the customer. Very annoying with calls, in the last 4 days they have called me more than 5 times to sell me.
