Very unpleasant experience regarding the results of hair removal. At first I contracted a voucher for half legs, they warned me that it would be insufficient (I understand) and I contracted again. At several points I mention that I don't appreciate change and they insist on continuing. After 10 sessions the change seen is minimal, my discomfort is increasing and my concern continues in the purchase of new vouchers (which by the way, it seems that the best of the best is always in the cabin and that an equal offer will never arrive... Lie , bonuses and offers move in the same values). However, what has annoyed me the most is that after the last waxing in my armpit, I got a special case of eczema. I go almost fifteen days later (due to lack of time) and they basically give me pause, telling me that this is a consequence of sweat (in the middle of November...). With all this, it is clear that it is a franchise that only thinks about the economic part and leaves the personal aspect aside. It seems fair to highlight the exceptional treatment I have received from almost all the girls. They are not responsible for this.

Be careful with laser hair removal on this site. I am not the first nor the last client to be burned. Very friendly staff (despite constantly changing it), but lousy quality of service and pain.

I bought a laser hair removal voucher and I have already finished the treatment. Very good results and all the girls who treated me were very professional. If I don't give all the stars it is because when I requested the information they told me that it didn't hurt at all and it hurt a lot, that's why I won't do more sessions.
