BAD EXPERIENCE!! It's nothing more than the burns they caused me, but the treatment and attention of the manager. Half an hour after leaving a session, I returned to the center because I couldn't stand the stinging anymore. They sent me home with “something” that they gave me in a syringe. The next day I returned because the burns were more noticeable, they took photos of me and again they sent me home, this time a jar of cream. To my surprise when I opened the jar of cream at home, I found the jar used and WITH HAIR. I asked for a refund of the sessions I was missing (4 sessions of 3 zones) and it was impossible! The doctor from the single center recommended that I continue with the laser two months after the last session, but given the distrust due to the treatment and so on, I went to the dermatologist who recommended that I not have the laser done again and not sunbathe for at least a year since they caused the burns. NO TRUST!! Without a doubt the worst recommended site: * They do not ask relevant questions before the sections. * They can argue for all the hours necessary to not give you solutions. * Unprofessional treatment.

After several sessions received, between 6 and 8, the results are non-existent. Not only do I not have less hair, but it is possible that I even have more hair in the treated areas such as my shoulders. I have filed a claim and they have not even given me a copy to submit to the Consumer Office. Disastrous service quality.
