my experience with ideal lazer is very goood and excellent thé treatment is very effective and the staff is very kind and helpful.

It was my first time and the treatment has been great. They have advised and guided me on what interested me most. Highlight the director of the center, María, for her professionalism and kindness.

Bad service, I will have to finish my treatment in another clinic because it is impossible at Ideal. They will lose clients and then they will wonder why they have to close. The client is not always right but you have to listen to them and keep them at the center of the decisions and always give them a solution.

Bad service, bad management, the employees who work there, instead of proposing solutions to what has been their mistake, the only thing they tell you is to file a complaint with the consumer. From headquarters, after speaking with them, they do not assume their responsibilities either. Of course they do not return the money when the client does not want to continue with the treatment due to a change in their offer policy. Without a doubt, I will NEVER recommend this center or its workers.
