I chose this place since I am from the outskirts and the place in Gran casa was well connected. I find it unfortunate that a week after hiring the hair removal service they notified me that they were changing locations to none other than Puerto Venecia, which is even further away from me and is less well connected to everyone. Today they call me to change an appointment that has been scheduled for more than a month, and when commenting on my opinion about it, the girl tells me that they did not know about the change of location either and are not guilty (which I understand). But if they know that in two weeks they will not be able to see me and that is why they change my appointment, how is it possible that they were not informed of the change of location?
It seems to me to be something essential when communicating to all clients and without a doubt to those who are about to contract a long-term service as is my case. I won't even mention the detail of charging for glasses (it wasn't like that before).
Since they closed Gran Casa, where I had contracted the treatment, it has been embarrassing. No one has contacted me, two complaints to customer service and one in the store itself, it has been more than two months since I made them and I have not received any response. If you are thinking of hiring something, don't do it! The two sessions I had were useless, because my hair has grown again. A shame
Shameful, they are going from a big house to Venice Port to provide a better service, they say, for those who live near there it will be, because the others to go there will have to leave home at least an hour before if everything goes well.
In my experience, after 2 years in sessions, one every 2 months, they have left me 50% of what they had to take away, which according to them, what I hired would be enough to eliminate it. The last session didn't hurt, the following... regrettable everything in general. I don't recommend it to anyone.
The organization of this business is unfortunate, they notified me a week before my appointment, I had only had two sessions and I chose that center for proximity and convenience, the day I go to my appointment they tell me that I don't have an appointment at that place that I don't have time for them. The system, a real shame. They gave me an appointment for the next day and the treatment of the staff was still regrettable. For future clients I DO NOT RECOMMEND this center, it is a shame. They didn't even notify the clientele that they would close the center and to make matters worse they sent us to the other side of the city. When before it took me 5 minutes to get to the center, now it costs me 45 minutes. I used to walk and now I have to take public transportation to get to the center and get more money out of my wallet.
When you tell the staff that the center is going badly for you, they don't even apologize or compensate you in any way, they just nod and you are forced to go because you have already paid for everything and you have no other choice. Because they don't give you your money back either.
THEY GAVE ME BURNS. One of the technicians from Puerto Venecia (presumably a "professional" in the area) gave me burns in the neck-face area that took weeks to heal. She didn't say anything and waited for me to get home and see myself in the mirror. The center referred me to Customer Service and they told me that "the insurance would call me." I'm still waiting.
The same day I received the burns, a woman was filling out the claims book with burns much more serious than mine. I RECOMMEND AWAY FROM THIS SITE.
UPDATE: It seems that the staff at these centers (in addition to not being professionals) do not know how to read. I find it funny that they ask me to write to customer service when I have ALREADY done so and they just tell me to wait for the insurance. Shameful that they (on their own) have not contacted me despite having my contact details.
