Once again, I went in for my regular laser treatment appointment. In just half an hour I had armpits, pubes, perianal, complete arms and complete legs made. They adjusted the values to each area of the body. And they stopped in the areas where he felt any discomfort. They covered up the right moles. And with very pleasant and entertaining treatment from Sonia, who already assisted me on several occasions, and on all of them, I left happy. Effective service, and without feeling violent at any time despite the areas subject to treatment. Delighted with my ideal center.
My personal opinion is that there was a girl this year, who caught me at the door, gave me the advice, and I met her when there was not even a director at the center, her name was Irene Quintano, in fact such a personal person. as professionally incredible, not to say that it was one of the best that this center had, since she disappeared from here and she told me that they would kick her out, this center has lost its shine, it makes me very sad that it is played like this with positions of such people young, talented and brilliant like her. And it's a shame to see how the center is now with people who are neither professional nor professional on a personal level.
In my first session I had Sonia Galán and I couldn't have been luckier! He has helped me stay calm and explained everything to me very well. Plus it hasn't hurt me at all. I hope everyone is like her in the next sessions 💙
I started going approximately 2 years ago and never had a problem, until about 2 months ago when I went to my appointment.
I arrived and they had not opened due to a technical problem, when I entered, 15 minutes after my time since the opening had been delayed they let me in and what normally took us between 20-30 minutes this time they did it in 10.
There wouldn't be a problem on my part if it weren't for the fact that, to begin with, they hadn't even turned on the tablet, where they have my history and the powers they had previously given me, so Cristina started working with a random power and less tact than a Cactus. I asked him to stop three times because I couldn't stand the pain, but he didn't bother to take more time, or to turn down the presentation, or to ask me if I was okay.
After this I leave and two days later I see the burn marks and proceed to call the center. They tell me why I didn't call sooner and that it wasn't a rush thing, that it had nothing to do with what had happened to me. They send my photos to the medical department and tell me I have to do a week's treatment.
I ask them if they will pay me for it, since it is not something that has happened due to poor care on my part, but rather due to negligence on their part, to which they answer me evasively, saying that I should stop by there first, that we have to see. evolution, etc. I tell them again that this has nothing to do with whether they will pay me for the treatment that I have to undergo because of them and they tell me that the director of the center will call me. This NEVER happens. From then on no one else contacted me. I am writing to you again to present my discontent and tell you that I hope that the appointments I have left (which I already paid in advance) will be returned to me, I never received any response.
Without a doubt a very bad experience, I would never return nor recommend it to anyone, and I will proceed to file a formal complaint with the consumer service office.
