Once the first installment (69 euros) has been paid, the bank does not send me any more receipts but I do not know anything more about my money. I decide to talk to Ideal Centers, and in a very bad way they tell me that they can't do anything, to which I tell them that; If I do the financing with them, they are the ones who must take care of it since I do not have to talk to any bank of which I am not a client. After seeing the director's disastrous attitude, I decided to file a complaint with the center. To this day (it's been almost 4 months) I still don't know anything about my money. So if you don't want to be treated badly and lose your money, don't go to that center.
