To begin I will say that the treatment and attention received are excellent! On Friday 07/29 I had a 30' facial cleansing. The products used are of very good quality, especially for me who has rosacea onset "I had no reaction" and my skin was fantastic.
I have also bought a remodeling pack, I have 3 sessions this week and the truth is that I am very happy with the results that are beginning to be seen (for starters my abdomen has flattened). And each session they give me pressotherapy that is super for my tired legs.
You can tell that each of the girls who work there are great professionals. I recommend it 100%.
Pretty bad. The laser hair removal treatment is good. But then I hired a Milena reducer, when I hired her everything was great. Once everything was signed, the problems began, you can't do it on Saturdays (the first thing I told you was that you could only do it on Saturdays for work and kids), no type of follow-up on their part. After 7 sessions (out of 10 that I paid for) I told them that I had not noticed any changes. They did the three missing sessions at maximum temperature (the previous ones were at 60%) and it was noticeable and they did follow up but when I complained they told me it was my fault, that I hadn't dieted so I didn't notice anything. All this happened in December. In January they told me that they would give me back 3 sessions to compensate but as of today they still have not "been able" to schedule them... The girls at the center are lovely, I know all this comes from above....
I am fed up because after more than a year of having canceled the laser service with them, the De Zolva family keep calling me to pay, and even so, I have already paid several times without having to do it and asking if I owed anything else, they continue to follow me calling every day and that I will go to a list of defaulters. I don't even answer them because I'm not interested in arguing with anyone. It's horrible, I would never do this again, I wasted my money and I didn't notice results and the answer was that I had only a few sessions and I had 8-9 sessions.
Very happy with the attention.
Especially Virginia very efficient and professional. Especially the result of my treatment.
I recommend the center at 100℅.
