THEY ARE SCAMMERS, apart from doing sessions wrong, which you have to go back to repeat, today they eliminated 3 sessions that I had left and claiming lies, I just verified that I always called more than 24 hours in advance to change appointments , in all cases several days in advance, except on one occasion when I called 23 hours before, because they had just prescribed me antibiotics and I couldn't have the session, at no time did they tell me that I would miss those appointments or that I should bring a medical certificate in the last case and when I went today for a session, they told me that I don't have any more sessions and they gave me a card of little veracity, without ID, etc. pointing with a pen that I have three sessions. Lack of professionalism, very unreliable and liars, claiming that it had been a system error and if that were not enough, one day I arrived 7 minutes late and they did not want to attend to me. CONCLUSION: A REAL SCAM!!

Excellent service from the girls, I see a lot of change in the hairs that have stopped coming out, in addition to the facial cleansing that is very pleasant, the girls who serve are all lovely and do an excellent job, apart from the fact that they are very attentive of their clients 100/10 👌🏻

I can't give more than five stars but it deserves it, it has nothing to do with the center of Moros Street. Very negative experience, I spent a lot of money and got no solutions. The facial radio frequency was a real scam, once with a different person who was trying to give me promotions. I left sessions undone, until one day a girl called Mersa gave me hair removal and she was my salvation. A great professional, I asked her that I had never met her and she told me that she was substituting. I asked him the center he was in and...I lost what I had pending in Moros, prisoner, radio frequency session and I never came back. It took me a while to trust the Único Centers again but one day I decided, I called and here I am delighted with life. I was there yesterday, I had hired legs, English and perianal, it was the second session. I asked him if he could give me a separate facial and he did it, of course I paid for it separately, but at the time I had gotten my bonus in Moros and I hadn't noticed anything. In summary, thanks to the unique Fresnos centers and especially to MERSA, a crack.
