Achieved goal of getting an e-sim after two days of getting the run around between other Movistar and Claro stores. Like others said, this store could benefit from automating the payment process to avoid being bounced around staff. Overall staff very helpful and friendly, except one person who didn’t seem to know that e-sim existed.
Finally accomplished the goal of getting an e-Sim card and all seems to be working. It took time to get complete service and all setup up properly due to bouncing back and forth between multiple staff people.
Long wait. Only 2 people serving customers. The lady who helped me was patient and capable. She solved my problem. I had come because someone in another office had sold me a 20 Meg internet service which did not exist in my area. This was perpetuated by the billing department even though it was clearly not offered. A bit fradulent on movistar's part. I will receive a credit on future bills.

People were helpful but not enough to help. Store needs to have a better image. Clean everthing.
