This is a shame. I live in Ávila and this is the only Sanitas "hospital", although calling this a hospital is a compliment that they do not deserve. It's impossible to get an appointment over the phone, and when you do, the receptionist, who asked me how she can keep her position given her degree of incompetence, tells you an appointment but doesn't assign it. This is the fourth time in two years that this has happened to me, in two cases being urgent and very serious appointments. They are looking for a lawsuit like a cathedral.
