It is a shame that a Medical Center like this one so familiar with such good professionals as doctors and reception staff 💯......You meet the doctor dressed in street clothes (without a gown) today in the afternoon, something quite Unhygienic for Patients and with Tremendous Arrogance.... To the Rest of the Medical Staff and of course to the Reception I give my Congratulations and I wish we had these Medical Centers on the Peninsula. And Mrs. Doctor of This Afternoon could use an Education course 👈

Update the schedule for August because to go and that it is closed is not fair for people anymore if it says on the internet that it is open

Pretty bad. They have me waiting for an hour despite having arrived ten minutes before my previous appointment. Afterwards, I spent two minutes in the consultation, they sent me to have an x-ray at another center (even though they should be able to do them there) and to do rehabilitation at a third place, to finally prescribe me paracetamol and enamtyum, and of course they not only charged me the 70 € of the consultation but they tell me to come back the following week. Awful. I totally advise against going to this site.

He removed the 5 stars for the last 2 experiences with the people at the reception. To work in customer service you require a minimum of education and on my last two visits they did not reach it even remotely.

I have been attending this private medical center for more than a year, and so far it has gone very well, with the family doctor (great) and one of the nurses, Cuban. However, today another of the nurses (Maite) has made me wait 45 minutes to give myself an injection, while chatting with patient friends about their weekend in Alcalá, and looking at their messages on my mobile (in addition to caring for two patients who arrived after mine!). I find this attitude regrettable, and I only hope that it is not because I am a foreigner, or that I am from ADESLAS, or simply because they make me wait.
