They are 5 Stars if you are already a doctor and know how to manage the system. Quick access to lab tests and radiology (even MRI scans!). The whole center is new too.

I have 10 appointments for rehabilitation here , i already did 2 , and to be honest it’s hard to like every thing about one place , but this time i did , i love the service /Doctors /assistants … everything, I recommend it

New Sanitas Clinic - excellent facilities and very clean! They open punctually at 7:30. Please note that you need an appointment even to do blood tests! My favourite clinic in Valencia

Can you trust your child's health to someone who is irresponsible for their mistakes? Sadly, my family and I had to learn this the hard way with Centro Médico Sanitas Valencia. We explicitly requested a pediatric orthopedic consultation for our baby daughter, but instead were directed to the emergency room where we were told we needed to see a different doctor – ‘surprisingly’ an orthopedic. A lady at the reception didn't bother to ask us what the problem was and just sent us next door. To our surprise, the doctor didn't examine the baby or make a prescription. After two minutes in the room, he stated that it wasn't his area of expertise and that we were sent in the wrong direction. Despite paying for the consultation, we were denied a refund for the clinic's mistake. Adding to our frustration, the clinic doesn't speak English, and they didn't make an effort to understand our needs. If they make a mistake, it's all on the client. I advise anyone looking for a reliable and responsible clinic to think twice before entrusting their family's health to Centro Médico Sanitas Valencia.

Very clean and well equipped medical centre. Many specialists available. Staff are friendly and some doctors speak English. Minor surgical procedures and clinical analisis can be done there. After 5pm the centre gets quite busy, and the waiting times are longer, evem when you have an appointment.
