Always the same issue with time. They absolutely do not respect your time there, they do not care about all other things you have to do in your life. Fun fact, they won’t do anything about it because people will still come to the ducking hospital. Their doctors are really good indeed, but this time management is just awful, until they solve this issue 1 star well deserved.

I join all the people complaining about the appointment system here - I'm already waiting more than 2,5 hours for an appointment that has been scheduled much in advance... very annoying

This is just tough!!! The children and I took Sita three weeks in advance for a routine check-up with the pediatrician. We were given a time of 11:30. We were kept in line for 2 hours. Small children want to eat, sleep and scream constantly. And the workers in response say just wait... Why do you need a pre-registration if there is a queue inside for several hours. That's horrible!!!! The attitude is terrible.
