I have an appointment with the podiatrist at 9:40. No one shows up at the clinic until 10:00. When the man at the reception helps me, far from apologizing when I tell him that I had to leave work to be able to keep the appointment and that what's at least an explanation, he responds in a bad way. My insurance company, since it has not yet sent me the card, has given me proof to be able to go to the doctor while it arrives, which I have already presented in other clinics and there have been no problems. Without looking at it, without bothering to look at it, when we have been waiting 20 minutes for it to open, he tells me that it is not worth it. It will be the last time you attend the clinic, of course, in addition to filing a complaint through the insurance company and advising against it at all times. A shame.
