Disastrous appointment management. Unprofessional. I had a telephone medical appointment for treatment, I was on the phone all afternoon, I called mid-afternoon to see if there had been an error, they told me they were going to call me. They don't do it and when I complain they tell me that they called me and communicated, totally false. I had been waiting for the appointment for a month. They tell me they can't give me any solution. It seems incredible that we are talking about health.

General medicine and some specialties. Entry at street level without obstacles with automatic doors and a large hall. Reception desk manned by two pleasant people willing to help the patient. Good lighting and air conditioning. With a few exceptions, they make you wait even if you have a scheduled appointment. The waiting rooms are not very spacious and have few seats as patients accumulate while their turn arrives. Appropriate size queries. Free parking on the street but saturated as it is a highly populated area with high demand for parking.

I read the reviews and understand the problems people have had. However, in all the years that I have had to go to this medical center I have never had any problems. The professionals do their job, the people in charge are approachable and do their job correctly, in addition to being genuinely interested in the person they serve, and the site is in perfect condition. I do not deny the veracity of the negative reviews, although I believe that most of them refer to specific moments and not to a general assessment of the place. For my part, it fulfills its function perfectly and I am completely satisfied, so I hope it continues like this, thank you for everything.

Zero Today, August 28, 2023, I went at 10 in the morning to ask for two prescriptions. Not only have they not done them to me, but they have given me an appointment for September 4 in the afternoon; that is, more than a week. I hope I won't be dead by then. I leave the opinion to you. My fatal experience. I had surgery on November 6th. I call as they tell me to make an appointment for cures and they give me an appointment for November 19... 15 days after the intervention, how will those points be??? They don't give me any other option than that. The treatment is fatal.
