Came for a COVID-19 Test (safe to fly) which took an hour to for my data to be entered into the system (after it had already been entered via the site registration) and then almost another hour for the test. Really poor and inefficient system.

Please don't use this covid test provider - it printed the wrong name on my covid test certificate, which will cause complications at airport customs

Well, the two stars are for those who work in rehabilitation, they do have dedication and care for the patients. Now, the consultations I had to endure with the doctor there, surely one of the worst experiences of my life. I spent three times with her and every time she treated me like I was a number and not a person. It cut me off when I tried to talk or explain the pain and show where I was. Extremely arrogant, with zero interest in treating the problem or knowing what is wrong with the patient. Everything a doctor should have in terms of professional conduct, empathy, knowledge and etc., she has on the contrary. A shame!

Jon lovely physio with personalized attention. And the others who treated me in individual sessions very well too.

Very bad doctors (physicians) in their practices and disrespectful customer service, I changed to another rehabilitator and in a month I improved….
