I had a great experience today: went in for blood tests without appointment, the lady at the reception was really nice and told me right away I should have waited 45 min. But they actually called me after around 30. Nothing to complain about.

I came here for my appointment today at 18:00 for psychologist because I am suffering from anxiety and depression. I came 10 minutes earlier and checked myself in and was extremely nervous about meeting the therapist since this was my first time meeting with Sanitas. At 18:05, the door opens of the room I was told to go to but being very nervous, I didnt understand that they dont call out your name so another person just went in. I started crying in the waiting room because I felt extremely rejected and I was hurt thinking that my well-being is not important to Sanitas. The person sat in the waiting room before me so hey maybe Im reading the situation very wrong and she was next in line for the therapist but if I book an appointment at 18:00, I expect to be greeted and have a session at 18:00. After the person went in, I waited an extra 20 minutes hoping the therapist would realize I was their next appointment but the tears wouldnt stop and I just went home. I am extremely sensitive to rejection so I took this very hard and I wont recommend Sanitas for your mental health problems. Leaving me waiting and then attending someone else on my appointment tells me that you dont care.

I hope that the booking time for a specialist consultation can be shortened. In case of emergency, I am not sure if it helps.

Have to agree with review below here, have tried to call them multiple times, however most receptionists don't speak any English, instead of forwarding you to English speaking person they will just hang up on you. Luckily I was able to get English speaker through the app and he was very nice in assisting me.

It is so chaotic in here. The nurses at the lobby are more occupied with gossiping and talking with each-other than helping people. If you do not want to lose time, please do not go there.
