I was in a long drive thru line. An employee was outside helping to take orders with a telephone app. He offered me a new hamburger, but he was unable to enter it in the app, so I had to order a regular combo. But it takes about seven minutes to get my order sent to the cashier. Nevertheless, I prefer Carl's Jr than any other brand.
